Centropolis unveils nostalgic summer concert series and seasonal festivities

Visitors to Centropolis will once again have plenty of reasons to spend their summer evenings in Laval, as the entertainment destination has announced the return of its seasonal programming featuring tribute concerts, festivals and a new immersive experience.
From July 17 to August 28, the Central Plaza at Centropolis, a property of Cominar, will host free Friday night performances celebrating legendary musical artists. Concerts begin at 8 p.m., while game nights hosted by Randolph Pub Ludique will start at 6 p.m. Visitors can also enjoy the pedestrian promenade and the site’s many restaurant terraces.
According to organizers, this year’s musical lineup was designed to evoke nostalgia through tributes to iconic performers from past decades.
“We saw how much people loved last summer’s nostalgic programming, so we’re continuing with tributes to legendary artists,” said Karine Rodrigue, Marketing Director at Cominar. “Get ready to relive unforgettable musical moments live. With festivals, concerts and our wide variety of terraces, we’re simply waiting for people to join us for an unforgettable summer.”

Organizers describe the attraction as blending science and wonder through educational workshops, technological experiences and immersive installations.
Centropolis also acknowledged the support of its partners, including Tourisme Laval and La Centrale des artistes, which once again collaborated on the musical programming.
Admission to the outdoor concerts and activities is free unless otherwise indicated.
