Alberto Georgian Mihut
Alberto has led Laval Weekly since its founding in March 2025. His passion for citizen journalism goes back to his high school years, and it shows in every editorial decision he makes.
Louisa Akkouche
A generalist reporter with a scientific edge, Louisa bridges the worlds of medicine and journalism. A Dawson College graduate, she is now studying medicine at the Université de Montréal.
Selma Ferdjioui
A Concordia journalism graduate, Selma brings sharp political instincts and a genuine love of Laval’s cultural scene to her reporting. She covers everything from city hall to community events.
Lanson Matoshi
Passionate about sports and culture, Lanson loves to crisscross Laval in search of hidden gems and untold stories. He has a knack for finding the stories that make a city come alive.
