Notice of Cessation of Practice for Céline Boisvert
The clients of Mrs. Céline Boisvert, psychologist (license 04315-86) who practiced her profession at 887 rue Bellemare, Fabreville, Laval are asked to take note that, in accordance with the “Regulation on the files of a psychologist ceasing to practice,” Mrs. Rachel Briand-Malenfant, psychologist (license 11861-11) will act as custodian of the professional files of Mrs. Céline Boisvert.
Any request for access to or transfer of files must be addressed, in writing and under confidential seal, to Mrs. Rachel Briand-Malenfant at rachel.briandmalenfant.psy@gmail.com or at 514-884-7858.
