Thousands of visitors took part in open house activities at Collège Montmorency on February 5, according to a press release issued by the institution on February 10, 2026.

The event, held from 6 pm to 8:30 pm, welcomed Secondary IV and V students, accompanied by their parents, as they prepare to submit college admission applications by the March 1 deadline. Adult learners also attended to obtain information about continuing education programs.

Discovering 26 programs of study

According to the college, visitors had the opportunity to explore the 26 programs offered at Montmorency, including five pre-university programs and 21 technical programs. Representatives from continuing education were also on site to provide information about programs designed for adult students.

Faculty members, staff and current students were present throughout the evening to answer questions and share their experiences. The college reported that attendees were able to tour the campus at their own pace, take part in guided visits, explore academic departments and visit approximately 30 information booths, in addition to attending special activities.

In its press release, the college stated that it places emphasis on a personalized and human approach to student support, aiming to foster academic success through relevant and high-quality training.

“One-Day Workshops” available

For those unable to attend the February 5 open house, the college is offering “One-Day Workshops” before the March 1 application deadline. According to Montmorency, these workshops allow prospective students to visit the campus, attend courses in their chosen program and become familiar with the environment.

Applications for the fall 2026 semester must be submitted through the (SRAM) Service régional d’admission du Montréal métropolitain by March 1, 2026.
