Stéphanie Oscarson appointed executive director of the Fondation du Collège Montmorency

The Fondation du Collège Montmorency has announced the appointment of Stéphanie Oscarson as its new executive director.
Oscarson officially assumed the role on March 9 and will report to the foundation’s board of directors. The announcement was made on March 13.
Extensive experience in philanthropic leadership
Oscarson holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Ottawa and brings 15 years of experience in philanthropic management and fundraising in the education sector.
During her career, she led the alumni relations team at the Polytechnique Montréal Foundation and Alumni before serving as executive director of the Fondation du Collège Notre-Dame. Most recently, she held the same position at the Fondation du Cégep Marie-Victorin.
According to the foundation, her experience in building partnerships and advancing philanthropic initiatives will help strengthen support for students and the broader college community.
Supporting student success and perseverance
Oscarson said she hopes to bring a mobilizing vision to the organization by expanding partnerships and reinforcing the foundation’s impact on student success.
Pierre-Nicolas Rheault, president of the foundation’s board of directors, welcomed the appointment.
“Stéphanie embodies the values of our foundation, including agility, openness and collaboration,” Rheault said in a statement, adding that her experience and innovative vision will help create new opportunities for students.
A foundation supporting the college community
The Collège Montmorency foundation supports student success and perseverance through scholarships, programs and community initiatives.
Since its creation in 1985, the foundation has distributed approximately $6.5 million through its charitable programs, dedicated funds and contributions to the college.
